1959 to 1960

Col. Edward McCauley deals with all the difficulties involved with living and working in space, as mankind takes the first steps into this great new frontier. There are all kinds of problems, with equipment, sabotage, budgets, etc. This was a surprisingly accurate show for it's time, and it ran for 38 episodes from Sept. 30, 1959 to Sept. 7 1960 on CBS. I found a site that has the series up for viewing and allowed me to embed them here. When you click on the video it will say that you need the "Codec-V Plugin". You don't actually need to install it. Just register for veehd.com (it's free) and login, and you can watch it without the plugin. In fact, the plugin will slow down your browser, so I would advise against installing it. Or, click the "download" button download the episode to your computer to watch. There hasn't been an official DVD release for this show yet, but here's hoping CBS will release an official high quality set soon.
