A couple move to the wealthy town of Stepford, and it seems that something is wrong. All of the other women in the town seem a little too perfect, and are all practically obsessed with housework. The wife (played by Katherine Ross) is lonely, and everytime she thinks she has found a like-minded friend, something happens to them, and they are suddenly acting like all the other wives of Stepford. What is the dark secret in this too-perfect town?
